Welcome to E-Track Facilitator (Trainer) Training

HOW TO USE THIS PAGE

This page is divided into 6 Sections, summarized in the table below. We recommend completing the training materials in order, as they build on one another. With the exception of the conceptual overview in Section 1, all of the training modules include both a printable PDF desk reference and a video screen capture. Both contain the same content, and it is your choice whether to review both formats or just the one that works best for your learning style.

Occasionally we revise these training materials to reflect system changes and changes to OCWTP policies. In that case, you will see a RED revision date next to that individual training piece.

Technical Requirements:

  • The preferred browser for E-Track usage is Internet Explorer 7 or higher. Firefox is the preferred alternative. The training materials below use Internet Explorer 8.
  • The PDF desk references require you to have a PDF reader installed on your computer. If you do not already have a PDF reader installed, we recommend you install the free Adobe Arobat Reader software.
  • The Conceptual Overview and video screen captures require speakers. We recommend using a headset if you have one available, for best audio quality.
