In cooperation with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS), the Public Children Services Association of Ohio (PCSAO), and the Institute for Human Services (IHS), the staff of NCORTC has provided competency-based training since 1986.

North Central Ohio Regional Training Center (NCORTC) will suspend in-person staff and caregiver training through December 19th.  If you are an E-Track user and registered for a class through NCORTC, you will receive an email message, notifying you of the class cancelation.  This includes classes scheduled at the Westshore Professional Center, Jane Edna Hunter and Adoption Network Cleveland.

You are encouraged to utilize virtual learning opportunities offered through the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program (OCWTP) Distance Learning Site to meet your developmental needs during this time.

Please visit our current staff and foster parent training calendars, and be sure to contact us with any questions.
