SWORTC Caregiver
Training and Registration Process

SWORTC provides Public Agency Caregivers with Preservice and Ongoing Training.  All caregivers, whether licensed with a public agency or private agency, must utilize the CAPS LMS to view and request trainings. 

ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN REGISTERING FOR PRESERVICE TRAINING 
MUST FIRST REQUEST AN ACCOUNT IN THE LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CAPS)

• ADD THE AGENCY YOU ARE WORKING WITH IN THE “DIVISION (AGENCY)”
• FIELD YOUR PRIMARY POSITION IS “PROSPECTIVE FOSTER/ADOPTIVE CAREGIVER”
• PLEASE ADD THE COUNTY OF YOUR LICENSING AGENCY IN THE “PRIMARY POSITION/COUNTY” FIELD 

*Once registered in the CAPS system, you will self-enroll in preservice sessions scheduled.
