Statewide Foster & Adoption Assessor Training
While assessor training courses are sponsored by individual RTC's, these courses are considered "statewide" training, meaning foster & adoption assessors from any part of the state can register for any of these modules. View more information on Assessor Training Requirements.
Now that E-Track (the OCWTP's new online learning management system) has been rolled out to public and private agency assessors, assessors should now be locating and enrolling into all Assessor training through the E-Track system. Did you know that you can quickly search and enroll in available sessions of these courses inside E-Track? Simply follow the steps below or, for more information, view the E-Track Quick-Start Guide. |
Register for Assessor Training in E-Track:
- Navigate to https://e-track.teds.com/EveryOne/TEDSEveryOne.jsp in your Internet browser.
- Log into E-Track. Your username is determined as follows:
- 2-digit birth month
- 2-digit birth day
- first initial of legal first name
- first 5 letters of legal last name (add zeros if less than 5 letters)
- then the number "1"
Your username will always be 11 characters. (Ex: Jane Smith who was born on January 15th would have a username of 0115jsmith1).
Your password is either the same as your username or your full last name. NOTE: Once logged in, you can change your password under the orange "Profile" tab.
If you are unable to log in, you either do not yet have a record in E-Track or the information we have for you is incorrect. In either situation, contact your regional assessor registrar from the list in the final bullet point of these instructions.
- Once logged in to your E-Track dashboard, cut and paste the appropriate red learning code from the Assessor Module list above into the box underneath "What would you like to learn today?". Click the "Code" button immediately beneath that and click the orange "FIND IT" button to the right (see example below):

Statewide Supervisor Core Training
Statewide rounds of Supervisor Core are scheduled centrally in Columbus and are open to supervisors from anywhere in the state, to supplement regional offerings of the series sponsored by each RTC.
Now that E-Track (the OCWTP's new online learning management system) has rolled out to PCSA supervisors, all supervisors should search for and enroll in Supervisor Core training directly through E-Track, rather than by contacting an RTC or IHS.
